Director Luc Stephen, once went by “Spoon” in the streets of South Jamaica, Queens. A native of Haiti, Luc is the son of a former Haitian senator, and fled to the United States with his mother during the era of Francois “Papa Doc” Duvalier. Luc’s family relocated to South Jamaica, Queens after living in Boston briefly, and Queens is where he became one of the most trusted lieutenants to Lorenzo “Fat Cat” Nichols. This is his story.
